When do you take clients for Viewing?
- Site visits are done on Wednesday and Saturday, we provide transport from our offices at Maendeleo House.

What do I do after viewing & selecting a property?
- Provide a copy of your ID, and a copy of the KRA PIN, postal address and email address, fill an expression of interest form, thereafter we shall issue to you a letter of offer.

Who can invest with you?
- We sell to members of Mhasibu Sacco, nonmembers and also customers from the Diaspora as well.
What are your payment terms?
- Cash payment.
- Installments: To book deposit 30% of the purchase price of the property and the balance in 5 monthly installments.
