Isaac Mwangi Kiragu

Isaac Mwangi Kiragu has over 10 years’ excellent knowledge and experience in forensic investigations, audit, and assurance work as well as organizational development expertise with a focus on financial management. Currently he is the Resident Partner at H. W. Gichohi & Company, a Certified Public Accountants firm in Kenya and is in charge of the overall strategic direction to the firm’s offices in Kenya.
Beth Beth Ngunyi Mwisywa – Director Finance
Beth Ngunyi Mwisywa is the audit partner at Carr Stanyer Gitau & Co, a firm of Certified Public Accountants founded in 1971 providing services to high professional standards. She has continued to serve in the private sector as an audit consultant and her professional experience is supported by a strong academic background in Masters in Finance from University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option) from the same University of Nairobi.
Secretary Jophece Yogo – Company Secretary
Jophece Yogo is the secretary to the Governing Council of KCA University and is a Certified Public Secretary in Kenya (CPSK) with vast experience in the provision of statutory company secretarial advice and services in all aspects, including formation of business enterprises, management of meetings and procedures, corporate compliance and communication. He as well has vast experience in the provision of specific advice to Boards of companies in designing and developing good corporate practices, including Board procedures, corporate governance charters, Capital Markets Authority and Stock Exchange regulations and requirements, including understanding nature and systems of different types of companies and businesses
kangira Paul W.C. K’Angira – Director
Mr. K’Angira holds an LLB (Hons) and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. His broad experience spreads through practice of commercial law, Debt recovery, Company Secretarial Practice, Arbitration, Conveyancing, Intellectual properties and labour Laws. Mr. K’Angira has also completed a series of management training seminars aimed at developing professional skills including corporate governance, negotiation, and client care and people management. He is among the founding Directors of Mhasibu Housing Company
Susan Susan Aduwo - Director

Susan Aduwo is the Resource Mobilization Manager at KCA University. Her broad experience encompasses Quality Assurance and marketing in FMCG, program design and implementation in capacity development, fundraising, proposal writing and relationship management. She has implemented numerous executive training & development programs in Kenya and neighbouring countries. She served in the National Values System Taskforce under the Ministry of Justice. She is also a Director at Mhasibu Sacco.

Stephen K. Kangethe - Chairman
Stephen K. Kangethe is the Senior Accountant with Vintage Africa limited in Nairobi Kenya and Grumeti ExpeditionsTanzania Limited. He has along experience in audit and assurance for over 22 years in the following firms; Aswin Brothers, M S Shah & Co and VKM kenya in the fields of manufacturing, farm,Tour , Commercial business, legal and other entrepreneurs coupled with training of audit staffs.Stephen has served Mhasibu Sacco Ltd as a Director for the last 15 years in various capacity being the Treasurer and now as vice chairman. Having been appointed as the directors representing the sacco, he brings a lot of experience in the company for which the first land was purchased through the sacco's investment committee which he served

Shelmith W. Ndirangu
Shelmith is a Teacher, Youth Educator and Mentor. She is also abusiness woman involved in Building, Construction and General Supplies.


davidmakau David Makau
Mr. David Makau Holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Nairobi, Bachelor of Arts, Social Science, Philosophy and English from Kenyatta University and he is a Certified Public Secretary.His broad experience spreads through practice as an immigration consultant, senior tax Consultant, Shares Registrar and Company Secretarial practice, advising on statutory compliance and corporate governance ideals he is currently working with Fragomen Worldwide as an Immigration Consultant.

Joash Ratemo
Joash Ratemo is Director of the Board of Mhasibu Housing Company Limited. He currently chairs the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee as well as the Human Resource Committee. He has vast experience in taxation and law having worked as a Senior Manager in the Tax Practice of PwC Kenya. Prior to joining PwC, Joash also worked with Ernst & Young and PKF in their tax and legal departments as well as being a tax and law lecturer at Strathmore University.

Joash is a qualified Accountant and Company Secretary and a holder of both a Master degree in Law (LLM) and Master in Business Administration (MBA- Finance option) from the University of Nairobi. In addition, Joash is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a qualified Company Secretary and he is a Certified in Enterprise Risk Governance. Joash brings to the Board his vast level of experience and expertise and we hope this will enable the board to steer the company to greater heights.

antonyirungu Antony Irungu
Anthony Mugetha Irungu is a lecturer in the department of accounting and Finance at Kenyatta University. He is currently winding up his Phd (Finance) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and a technology. An established businessman with a wealth of experience in property business.
